Reunion in the Mist After Seven Years

Drama premise Ni Wu (formerly Cheng Qingmiao) was bullied in high school due to weight gain from hormone medication. She secretly loved the school heartthrob Pei Huaiyu and became his girlfriend through coercion. Seven years later, she has changed her name, lost weight, and become a single mother. When taking her daughter with congenital heart disease to the hospital, she meets her attending physician Pei Huaiyu. He doesn't recognize her but feels familiarity and tries to get close; Ni Wu hides the truth and struggles to keep distance but can't resist. When Pei discovers her identity and their daughter, he pursues her wildly. The two face an unknown future amid past shadows and emotional tug-of-war.
