Good Woman Takes Charge Ep 1
Mei Xiang, an orphan, vows to marry within a month to enable her younger brother's marriage. She rejects thug Ma Sanpao and falls in love with brave Erwang. Despite poverty and his aunt's objections, Erwang insists on marrying her. The family sells a sheep for the wedding. On the wedding day, the aunt refuses to provide the red bundle, but Mei Xiang sticks to tradition and refuses to board the carriage, forcing a compromise. She marries into the Wang family, sacrificing for her brother and fighting for her own destiny.
